Just a little over a year, I have been working on and off as Covid-19/corona, holidays and other events have permitted with Griffin Kopp. She has been absolutely stellar to deal with-considering my views and asking questions so that I would reflect and determine if the house would be just right for me. She knows I worry about sump pump issues and faithfully checks the sump crock even navigating under barriers to examine.
Griffin responds within minutes to my calls and texts and is available at all times. She works in appointments according to my needs and is also quick to check on any questions I might have. She considers my welfare and on one occasion even brought along clean booties for me to wear.
When a house went on the market in Brookfield that I was interested in, she came from out of town to show it to me. She said she didn't mind. And, when I changed my mind on a home I was going to purchase, she accepted that saying she wanted me to "be happy". Griffin understands a home is a huge investment both emotionally and financially. She definitely considers the needs of her clients and is positive and caring.
